I was looking for someone with a similar work ethic to my own and Rebecca is definitely on the same page. Not only does she make my own home sparkle, she also cleans my rental property with another to add to her workload by the end of the year. To me professionalism, communication and reliability is as important as an excellent clean because her conduct reflects on my own business. Rebecca ticks all these boxes.

I have been wanting to declutter, clean and free myself for a long time now. I’ve been talking to Beck about it for probably 2 years. She never pressured me. I finally asked for her help. We met up, talked about all my worries, she told me what she does and we made a plan. I felt comfortable and ready. She came over, we decided on the kitchen and we started. She was genuine, sensitive, patient with a sprinkle of humour. I had some anxious moments but we got there. I saw my fridge for the first time in years which freaked me out. I have spare shelves and things have a space. Things were donated which made me feel good. Just the one session has made a difference. It’s made me feel like it’s all possible. She has helped me make such a change. Beck is motivating and productive and sweet. I’m booking more sessions and I booked her to clean too. If you’re thinking about it, call her. Late last year I turned my whole world upside down, decided to sell all of my worldly goods and move to Far North Queensland. But, I had sooooo much “stuff” I didn’t know what to keep, what to get rid of and what to sell in a garage sale. That’s where my dear friend, a former work colleague, came into her own! Bec is AMAZING! So focussed, she tended to my mess and helped me sort the material aspects of my life. Only problem was she was so interesting, so funny, so caring that we had to stay focussed to get the job done without too much chatter! She is strong, she is caring, and I would recommend her service to all, far and wide!

I called Bec in to help finish the garage – a project I’d started years earlier when I first moved into my property. Over the years, the garage filled with storage things. I couldn’t get the car in. She knew exactly what it needed and we got started right away. First decluttering the things that had piled over the years, then adding storage along the walls. We boxed and zoned items I’d kept, and even got the car in! The only thing I’m not happy with is that I should have called Bec sooner!

I had a last minute request for a rental Exit Clean. Literally called Bec the day before I was supposed to hand back my keys. She had a full day but still squeezed me in and arrived at 6.30am the next day to clean my house!! I was still removing the last of my belongings when she arrived but it wasn’t an issue, she worked around me and we had good chats/laughs. When the place was finished it looked better than when I moved in! I handed my keys back on time and my real estate agent was extremely happy and said the place was immaculate! I let out a sigh of relief that it was all dealt with and the stress was take off me. I’m so grateful! Would recommend Fix My Mess to everyone!
