Process:

1. Schedule a consultation – Online or in person analysis of the space. Together we will customise a list of priorities and goals for the clean.
2. Quote – You’ll receive an itemised list of project costs including all materials, products and amount of time to complete.

Home Cleaning

Let us take care of your weekly build up!  Your homes very own cleaning service that can be completed independently by FMM working to achieve the goals as agreed upon with you! No more stress watching the dust and mould build up around you.

Investment of Home clean: Making a phone call + Peace of mind that a major time / energy zapper has been delegated. 

Included in fee are eco friendly cleaning products (because you and your family deserve the best!), colour coded microfibre cloths for designated areas, long handled duster for hard to reach spaces and a vacuum. The only item we request is for you to supply a mop that matches the needs of your floors to get the best results. We have some good suggestions if needed, otherwise we can provide a flat head mop to complete each clean. If client has specialised surfaces throughout the home they must provide the products with a list of instructions to use it safely.

Cancellation: Missed cleans that cannot be made up before next due clean will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Client is welcome to permanently cancel service at any time, must give 2 weeks notice. No lock-in contracts.

Health Hazards:

FMM will not be cleaning areas that present a hazard to health.

** Spring Cleaning – YES we do it!

This is a fantastic way to treat yourself to a home overhaul without having to lift a finger! Make your booking in time for a special event or even quarterly for deep cleans throughout the year.

Investment of Spring Cleaning: $600 4 hour clean minimum

Included in fee are all cleaning products, microfibre, long handled duster, scrubbing brush, vacuum, mop. If client has specialised surfaces throughout the home they must provide the products with a list of instructions to use it safely.
